The most sought after festival, Paleo Festival is located in the canton of Nyon in Switzerland. It is one of the biggest musical festivals in Switzerland and Europe and is held at the end of July, offering more than 176 concerts and shows.

Paleo festival is held at the 84 hectare Asse site consisting of about 230,000 audiences every year. This site offers the audience to place their cars at the well equipped car parking lots. Purchase of ticket is must in order to attend the festival, which are available at the fair prices at the trade market.

The travelers in their car hires can take the motorway exits 11 in Nyon, from Geneva and Gland and the travelers coming from the Lausanne can take the motorway 12 exits. You can park your cars at several car parking spaces that are located nearby. Visitors can also bring their camper vans to the festival site.

This site includes facilities like hot showers, toilets, bakery, craft stores and several food stalls.

Paleo Festival 2010

Today that is July 17; Paleo opens its 35^th edition in Nyon with a free party while hosting around 35 festivals. Many of the street theatre companies will take the possession of the town center from 6 p.m. onwards at the Place Perdtemps. An awe inspiring and poetic show will take place at 10 p.m. from the Plasticiens Volants, “Perle” will get underway at the Place du Chateau. The company finishes the program for a grand finale at the Place Perdtemps, followed by DJ nights, bars and restaurants.
